there are 8 steps to DIY a simple solar panel
1. prepare the material to make the solar cells

rusin flux pen
solder gun
solder tap
epoxy board or plastic board
2. Measure the solar cells and cut the solder tap according the solar cell.
usually we measure the line on the solar cells, we keep the solar tap longer than the solar cells since the solder tap used to connect two solar cells together
3. Then can start use the rusin flux pen to paint the line on the solar cells, and use the solder gun to solder the solder tap to the solar cells.
4. After solder the tap on each solar cells, then turn the solar cells over, and paint the line on the back of the solar cells with rusin flux pen then connect the last solar cells to the next
5. After finished assembling the solar cell, we can cut the board and put stick or glue on the epoxy board.
6. Put the finished solar cells string on the epoxy board and the fixed on the board
7. Connect two string of solar cells together
8. Then we finished making a solar panel.
